Welcome to our new workout minutes challenge for September. We would love to have some new folks join us this month!!! Amazing how quickly the summer is passing!! Hopefully we will all stick with the workouts and be in much better shape as we head into Fall!
For any new challenge members we have been setting a monthly workout minutes goal and posting as follows:
goal minutes/today's minutes/minutes left until goal
I am going to decrease my workout minutes goal to 1000 minutes this month-I will leave for my cruise in mid September into the first 10 days of October so will not be posting and be unable to workout anywhere near what I would like to. I also am looking for a volunteer to start our October workout post since I will not have internet access-if you would be willing to help out please either post here or send me a message and the first person who expresses an interest is thw winner. ROFL
