If you eat a fruit salad do you have to calculate each fruit and guess the amount? Silly question I know ;)

I know that fruit serving sizes vary. But I want to tell you, When I am eating fruit instead of something else, I am a happy camper. I eat two oranges with my lunch every day. I do 'count" them in my tracker. On the way home I eat an apple so that I don't get there starving and raiding the whatever. I must stress, I do put it all in my nutrition tracker.
It depends on the size of that fruit. If you have a small apple, then I would count that as 1 serving, but if it is one of the large sized apples, that would likely be 2 servings. Just use your best judgement when looking at the size of the fruit.
