I am so aggravated and frustrated. Dieting is hard enough alone without having to figure things out that should be included in all the recipe info.
I look at these recipes and for whatever reason, the new fad is to say how many it serves but not the exact serving size. I think the people that say that you should just figure it, or guess about how much 1/4 of it is.........must have always been skinny. Overweight people will look at it and think well, that is about right......maybe one more spoonful.
I have tried the recipe calculator to figure it and it was worthless help.
The recipe that I am looking at nowis the Chicken and Broccoli Casserole.
I want to know exactly what the serving size is. I would also like to know why when I plug it into the recipe calculator, that is is 130 less calories than the recipe says.
I need cut and dry.
