LOL!! that time of the month turns every meal into a healthy dessert hahahha. i ALWAYS make my protein pancakes though!!

Reg Carb
3/4 Cup egg substitute ( i think thats about 5 egg whites )
1 scoop chocolate protein
1/2 cup oats
-Cook oats then mix everything together and cook like a pancake

Low carb- Just take out the oats!! Still works as good, i eat it at least 3x week....

TOPPINGS-
Fruit (I like to put microwaved frozen berries), low cal/cal free syrup, and my favourite, 1 TBSP almond butter.

very high protein chocolate craving killer :)

That's the problem with processed food. I can keep driving it down and I can't even blame shark week. Instead of snacks, try something heavy on the protein. I like to make a big chicken sammich, heavy on the hot sauce and cayenne pepper. Tuna fish and cottage cheese (yes, mixed together) is also good and filing.

Pop chips - a healthier alternative to potato chips at only 4 grams of fat per serving.

Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich - 1.5 grams of fat per serving.

BREWMASTERBILL!!

Are you a homebrewer too???

The shark may like chum, but personally I can't stomach it. I find pizza and chocolate much more appetizing. :-)

This time of the month already comes with so many fun things to deal with........but the constant HUNGER is torturous. No, my body isn't confusing being thirsty with being hungry, I'm ravenous. ALL the time. I am trying to load up on fruits/veggies/fiber/protein but my stomach is constantly growling and the urge to devour an entire cannister of Sour Cream and Onion Pringles is almost too much to bear!

How do y'all deal with cravings during "that time of month" without over indulging??
