Swelling of the extremities is common, especially when it's hot outside. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water. If you have any medical issues (such as high blood pressure), I'd also recommend mentioning it to your doctor just to be safe.

What can be done? Worse in the heat too! Almost to the point of painful sometimes...
