Well it's that season again. Filled with stuffing, candy, sugary hot cocoas, and more! But don't give into temptation. Lately i gained a few pounds (2or3) so I realized I need to keep my self in check. I realized what helps me is takimng note of small achievements throughout the day. For instance I almost mistaked latenight cravings for hunger. I was gonna eat a whole piece of cho. chip banana cake/brownie thing with PB&Choc. frosting(comes out at 240 cals per piece). So I asked myself "Do i really need to eat all of this?". So to satisfy my taste buds i only ate 1/3 Of a piece. Which was excellent since it is a very rich dessert. I was so proud of myself afterwards. Which is why I challenge YOU to tell me about your small achievements.
