Finally got up the courage to step on the scale this morning, figuring I would be disappointed by the result (I haven't been doing great with eating healthy lately) BUT I wasn't! I've lost 4.5 lbs since the beginning of summer. It's not a lot, but it was enough to get me motivated to keep going. If I can lose those 4.5 lbs (maybe even 5 by the end of next week!) what's to stop me from loosing all the extra weight I need to!
