I like to eat at least 1500 calories each day (my daily goal is 1,390 - 1,740), well tonight after dinner I was only at 1380. Technically, I had over 300 calories to 'spend'. There was cheesecake in freezer- I swear to God it was calling my name for over an hour. Finally, I just went to the freezer and pulled out some frozen fruit and made a smoothie. The 143 calories - got me to my goal for the day - without any fat calories-- and NO GUILT! It is so much more enjoyable without the guilt.
