Every night when you get home, empty all the change and $1 bills out of your purse. Then you can't get anything from the machines. You could even put the change and singles in a special piggy bank to save for something special.
Also, see if you can adjust your desk to allow you to stand while you work. It's better for your health, and it makes your voice sound stronger and clearer so the customers can understand you more easily.

For munching as the day goes on, I like water crackers. My grocery store has little bite-size ones, which help you track portions/calories and pair well with a healthy dip or some fruit.

I work at a 911 call center. all but like 2 or 3 of us are overweight. i DO NOT want to become more overweight them i am! so i work out on my days off and somedays when my mom watches my kids i do during the day. i DO NOT eat out with the girls unless it's pay day. thats my treat. as for snacks, i take one or two of the 100 calorie pack snacks, or i love the lime greek yogurt so i'll take that and freeze it like ice cream. i also have protein shakes.
I like a slice of pepper jack cheese and some crackers, peanut butter with crackers or an apple, and almonds as protein punches at work. Also, sometimes when I plan on having yogurt as part of my breakfast, I'll break it up and have cereal at home before I leave for work and then have the yogurt mid-morning.
I've also found that I'm less hungry during the day if I have a protein packed breakfast, such as eggs and bacon or sausage. It keeps me full until lunchtime!

The top drawer of my desk is filled with snacks. :) I fidget around a lot when seated at my desk (bouncing my leg up and down, sit up straight & tighten abs when I realize I'm slouching, leg extensions which are also good for a stretch, stretch my arms, etc.). That also helps keep the weight gain at bay from sitting all day.
As for snacks, mini Clif bars or Kid Zbars are cute and fun! And yummy. Sometimes I keep a bunch of bananas on my desk, since they don't need to be refrigerated.

Yep, I gained pretty much exactly 15 lbs working at a call center (and 10 lbs before that from the stress of looking for a job/being unemployed!) But you're aware of the dangers, so you can make a plan to snack smart and keep the weight off.
Some of my favorite for work are: almonds, yogurt, string cheese, protein bars. You can do this!

You could start by increasing your protein consumption. This should help some. Nuts, whole grain crackers, and air popped popcorn are good choices. Also, check out the recipes on SparkPeople. There are many great ones.

I just started a new job at a call center and it is quite stationary and all the ladies I have talked to have joked about the 15lbs gain from the job which neither of these I am not too excited about. However, I'm working out before work either 20 minutes yoga or two BL jumpstart workouts, and usually going for a walk afterwards also for at least a half-hour.
I'm looking for some snack ideas because I have been trying to eat small meals throughout the day... and I have noticed that I am almost always hunger now that I have started there.
Breakfast for me is either cheerios w/2 oz of full-fat milk or a nurtigrain bar. Both of them I have with a serving of Greek yogurt. Then I usually have a snack at some apple slices or watermelon. Then for lunch I usually have 2 oz of chicken breast, or some other lean meat, some fruit and veggies, Greek yogurt and herbal tea.
I like fruits and veggies (and I know they will be the least calories dense) but I'm looking for some other snacks... but I have no idea what I know if I wasn't being carefully and conscience about what I was eating I would just go for chips and salty snacks (and honestly I'm afraid even when I am being careful I will still go for those things just because they will be there and easy to grab for a vending (junk) machine).
