Down about 8 pounds this month. With bloat, I had gotten up to 317 last month. I was more like...304 for a while. I've got AF. My ankles are a little puffy....and I was 296.5 this morning. It isn't great-but heck...It's considerably better than 317!!!
I am finally under 200 lbs AND I go to Aruba in 2 months! rawrr!

Well, I could say it's because I've lost weight, but actually it's because my son and his partner, both 45 and having entirely given up hope, just had their first child - a gorgeous, healthy baby girl!
