Wow, is all I can say! My family supports me mostly....but my husband has never really exercised & he should for his health (he's also overweight but, I can't get him to give up his unhealthy habits), well yesterday our kids got on his case - so he said we could all go to our local high school & walk/run the track. I didn't really believe him that we would....figured it would be to hot- well we all went. I walked it 4 times- 1 mile- he walked with me & even jogged some. Kids walked & ran which is normal for my 8 year olds.

He even said we should do it 2 nights a week, which would do us all some good. That would give me 2 days @ the gym & 2 days @ the track with us all!
