Hope you're all enjoying the weekend!

Snack yesterday was a Lara bar, then a turkey burger on whole wheat bread a few hours later.

Dinner was meatballs, salad, and mashed potatoes. I ate early, then a few hours later had a few chips and guacamole, green salad with cucumber, and ended with a few small shortbread cookies.

That was the first sugar I've had since starting the challenge, and since I was in a social situation where it was hard to say no (plus I really wanted to try them) I didn't feel bad. Also, since I knew I would have to write it about here, I stopped at a few!

Today was a 3 mile run, followed by a protein smoothie with spinach, peach, banana, and almond milk.

Lunch: salad with romaine, green beans, cucumber, topped with a little salsa and hummus

Dinner last night: ahi tuna salad, sweet potato fries, vodka tonic

Breakfast: oatmeal with pb and granola on top, banana, slice of whole grain bread with butter, coffee

Hi everyone! I have about 10 lbs to lose to fit back into my skinny jeans, and about 5 more for a buffer, so 15 is my goal! I eat pretty well and am active, but mindless snacking and too many little indulgences are my downfall. I've done food journals in the part, but I need to know someone's reading it to be accountable. Join me if you'd like!!
Dinner tonight: spinach, salmon, baked sweet potato with cinnamon, and a few peanut butter granola cookies (no sugar)

Tomorrow will be 3 mile interval run on treadmill
Breakfast: green smoothie with spinach, banana, protein powder, and a little unsweetened almond milk; iced coffee with splash of cream
Lunch: salad with spinach, cucumber, tomato, salmon, and a small sweet potato
Afternoon snack: Lara uber bar
Dinner: TBA!
