I also tried for 100 points daily all last summer! I am playing with different ways of tracking success this summer, so instead of tracking and rewarding my weight loss, I'll track fitness minutes, sparkpoints, calories burned, etc. I'm a numbers girl but I really don't care about my weight "number" anymore as long as I'm exercising and educating myself!

What a great idea! Thanks so much for suggesting it - I'm glad it is being passed along! (My personal daily challenge is to always get over 100 points a day - which means I have to do a lot, read a lot - and so I lost weight and learned a lot, too.)

That could be fun... some ideas would be trying a specific exercise, walking a set number of minutes... trying a new vegie or fruit...
A lot of the teams I like participating on offer challenges for Sparkers to complete daily. They are motivational, nutritional, fitness and well being related. I think it would be fun if Spark offered a daily challenge people could mark off when they complete it and earn a few points.
