I've just bought the SparkPeople cookbook and want to make SparkGuy's Best Trail Mix. I'm not sure which "high-fiber, wholegrain" cereal to buy. Can anyone recommend one? I live in England, so any cereals that that you can buy here as well as in the U.S would be great! Thanks
