I'm very glad you posted this, as I have contemplated the Spark Coach sessions since they came out and am now encouraged to give them a go.

In one of the coaching videos, Coach Becky talked about My Plate. It helped me find my groove with my SparkDiet. The SparkCoach video by Coach Becky detailing the "plate method" of meal planning was really helpful, even though I read about using a plate to balance a meal (pre-publication) in The Spark. It sat differently with who I am today. I also was not aware that My Plate is the modern version of The Pyramid (yay!). So, while I wobble, I do so with awareness and precisely know how to get back on track. I no longer beat myself up, either. The other thing that helped was when Coach Becky highlighted and explained how to simplify a meal to match the time available on any given day to prepare it. Hard to find a reason not to eat and feed my family healthy each time!
