Not me, I use the foods as guides to stay within my caloric and nutrient guidelines. The recipes are a great help to me as well. emoticon

I would like to know who is following the SparkDiet? I am a little bit confuse following it, is there a diet plan? And how do I start the six-week plan? Thank you.
