You could make it so that one of the customizable options for the nutrional tracker was real food (non processed) only. I stay away from anything that says reduced fat, low cal, etc. I realize I can substitute my own stuff but sometimes I just don't want to think about it! That's the whole point of the food plan right?
So many of us are changing to non processed diets as a lifestyle. I feel like sparkpeople is a little behind for not providing that option.
Also, can we get some new spark goodies? I'm a little bored with the selection. I've got tons of ideas if you'd like to bring me on board as a collaborator. ;)
