I have the 10 minute workout DVDs and although the music is there, it's very quiet and I don't notice it. There are definitely some DVDs I won't use again cause the music is loud and obnoxious.

There is not a way to turn off the music. It's not very loud (at least on my TV), so you could probably still put on your own and hear her instructions.
Hope that helps,

Hi there people of sparks!
I'm new to this website. I was drawn here cos I really like Nicole's videos on youtube and I am also trying to lead a healthy lifestyle for me and my family.
I was interested in buying her 28 day bootcamp dvd but I heard it has music, is there an option to switch off the music? Do her other DVDs have music too? Do you know of any other good DVDs out there for cardio and/ or strength without music? The music generally annoys me, I prefer my choosing my own background noise, and changing regularly.
