Thanks, so much DMJAKES. I know exactly what you mean. I have a very good understanding of portions and what to eat and what got me to this point. I was on WW, but it was too much freedom, but in doing WW I learned how and what to eat and I always used my measuring cups and spoons for portion control. And I am incorporating excerise.

Thanks for looking out!

Teds - Jenny food CAN be a great tool for weight loss IF you also educate yourself on making good food choices while you're still on the program. In order to enjoy long-term success, you need to be able to eat "off plan" foods and not return to the habits that put on the weight in the first place.

Are you incorporating strength training and cardio exercise as well? If so, you're doing well and should just keep on! If not, start small with what you can do comfortably. Check out some of the routines and short videos here on Spark for ideas.

The food tracker here on Spark is the single most valuable tool on my journey to better health. It's taught me more about how (and why) to eat and changed the way I think about food.

Good morning!! I started Jenny Craig on 5/2 and am down 5.5 pounds!! I'm so happy. I thought I'd come to Spark so I could log my food and be accountable for everything going in my mouth. I'm finding the progam easy and I can definitely now see my reaching my goals.

Have a great day, everybody!!
