Lost 65lbs in 15 months to get healthy and in top shape to try to get pregnant, and succeeded! Had our first baby in February 2013!

I only gained 32lbs in my pregnancy (and immediately lost half within a few weeks of his birth). April 1st is my full restart date.

General Rule of Thumb = 10x

A great range is 10x your goal weight as a low and 10x your current wt as a HIGH (like for special days / celebrations)

10x goal weight for low
10x current weight for high

Once you update your goals of how much weight you lose and when, you will find the nutrition tracker, at the bottom, will give you a range of daily calories as well as nutrients.

I just joined but I don't have any idea how many calories to start with a day?
I thought it would be on the start page after I had put in my weight, height and age. Any suggestions? Thank you
