I said I was going to post each time I go for a walk and let you know how it goes so here it is


April 30, 2012 Day 1---------Steps----------2816
Miles----------1.28

I will be going out again tomorrow morning and will post again how many steps I took and and the miles. I will be doing this each and everyday for the first month and there after.
