Welcome to Spark. This is a great place to lose weight. Looks like you are a smart lady. At 145 you probably don't have a lot to lose. Good for you. Keep it off and then you won't be like some of us who have 100 pounds to lose!
I am starting all over again after having my second child in October. I would have started sooner but my life has been crazy! My mom broke her femur in December and after getting out of the hospital came to live with me and my husband. She just finally went back to her house 3 weeks ago. She also had gotten sick with a nasty infection so not only was I getting up in the night to feed a new baby but I was also geting up to take care of her. Things are getting back to normal now and I am ready to work these pounds off!
