Hello everyone. I see this as a revision since my weight loss grinded to a halt. But this is not the end of the world. I exercise 4x a week, I have little wrinkles and I sleep much better than when I started out a year ago. I also know myself much better. So I have chosen new fast break options and I want to stick to it for at least one week. I did not realise before how important these little streaks are. I am reading THE SPARK now and I must say, it is good. So after a year, I am NOT back to square one but I do want to go through it all with new glasses on. I think I might just learn something I missed the first time around. Please my friends, stay on my case and make sure that I do as promised. Thank you ever so much.
