Water Aerobics! The buoyancy of the water takes a lot of the stress. My aunt (who has MS) has just started it, the elliptical, and light weights and has been feeling much better. Good luck to you!

I have been in an MS episode going on my 3rd month. Muscles are just so tight and my balance isn't the best. I try to just stretch either sitting on a chair or on the floor if I can get up (ha). I need something to get the muscles going before I tackle yoga or something else. Any suggestions? Thank you.
