I'd agree with water exercise. Some YMCA's offer water exercise classes specifically for those with MS. You might want to check with the ones in your area.

Water Aerobics! The buoyancy of the water takes a lot of the stress. My aunt (who has MS) has just started it, the elliptical, and light weights and has been feeling much better. Good luck to you!

I have been in an MS episode going on my 3rd month. Muscles are just so tight and my balance isn't the best. I try to just stretch either sitting on a chair or on the floor if I can get up (ha). I need something to get the muscles going before I tackle yoga or something else. Any suggestions? Thank you.
