Let's do this! Make a promise to yourself starting today to stay within your daily calorie range for one whole week, we can keep this on going.. from Sunday to Sunday!!!

So I will not eat after 8pm and I will try to post by 8-9pm everynight my total calories.. And Make sure to drink that water!!! You may also enter your weight as well if you'd like!

I am entering my weight from first thing in the morning, and my calories at night!
