Right now it is 9:47pm. I have eaten enough food today and I am chewing gum to fight off my mad craving for sweets I'm having right now. I already ate candy today anyway. My gum is spearmint...not exactly working..BUT! In spite of the fact that Hubby's mixing some insta-pudding right now, I told him I do not want any, and I am sticking to it. I can resist! I am going to do some homework and keep reminding myself that today is day 6 of me being 100% honest with myself and within calorie range. I love how it's making me feel and I do NOT want to ruin it.
I will feel SO good tomorrow when I remind myself I stayed within range. The fact that I can comfortably get into my size 18W jeans again is really motivating me too!
