ELISELOVE1 - how tall are you?
I'm 4'11" I just noticed you are the first one I've seen so far that has a goal less than 110. I am surprised no one gave me grief for a goal that low yet.

Well done!

Good job! Losing 5 pounds is definitely an inspiration. I've lost the same amount a couple of weeks ago and I already feel better in my clothes. Keep up the awesome work! We are all proud of you! emoticon

Hey, this is great - and you get to 21 days of a new habit by doin' it one day at a time! Keep on Sparkin'!

You’ll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.

I can officially say I lost 5 pounds and I am building new, healthier habits. I'll feel better when I hit the 21 day mark (habit forming benchmark).... But I'm proud of how I'm doing. emoticon
