Try to wean yourself off of it slowly. I did that with coke-a-cola.

I have started using stevia (Truvia or storebrand stevia) instead of nutrasweet or other artificial sweeteners. I know there is now research about artificial sweeteners preventing or hindering weight loss. Has anybody had good results with natural sweeteners with those of us who have a sweet tooth?
