I am usually one of those people that says;
Ok, I'm ready to change and I'm tired of feeling like crap.
Fastforward 2 days;
I've decided it's just too hard.
Well, today I have reached my personal goal of sticking with my exercise program and not giving up. I'm on day 11 and feeling pretty darn good.
I know 11 days is not very many, but to me, I have climbed a personal mountain, even if it's only a mole hill.
I've realized that I am worth all the hard work that I'm putting back into me.
