Good for you Wildflower! It doesn't matter that it's "only" 11 days, the fact that you stuck with it and now you FEEL the benefits of your efforts is what really counts. Congratulations and good for you in celebrating a non-scale victory!!

I am usually one of those people that says;

Ok, I'm ready to change and I'm tired of feeling like crap.

Fastforward 2 days;
I've decided it's just too hard.

Well, today I have reached my personal goal of sticking with my exercise program and not giving up. I'm on day 11 and feeling pretty darn good.

I know 11 days is not very many, but to me, I have climbed a personal mountain, even if it's only a mole hill.

I've realized that I am worth all the hard work that I'm putting back into me.

Woo Hoo!
