I walk at Wal-mart too! It's been 100 degrees around here and it doesn't get cool until late at night.

I hear ya. I usually just workout later at night when it's a bit cooler and then hop in the shower as soon as I'm done. A little sweat is good sometimes, just make sure you stay hydrated

I took my kids to the pool and swam laps! Kind of nice to try something different!

I've been walking in the mall--no window shopping! Last night I also walked the perimeter of Wal-Mart four times before I started shopping.

do it early in the morning, late at night, somewhere watery or somewhere air conditioned. Not difficult!
