I realized I am a stress eater. Lately my job has been stressful and I have been snacking throughout the day, even though Im not hungry or anything. I dont want to be a stress eater any ideas on what I can do while I am at work and getting stressed instead of reaching for a bag of chips or a bottle of pop to help keep my energy up on long stressful days?
