I have been struggling this week. I find it difficult to stay on track when I am working because my job is very stressful. I realize that this is only an excuse. I plan to take more healthier snacks to work with me this week, and to leave my change in the car so I am not tempted to go the vending machine. Although I didn't make alot of healthy choices this past week at least I didn't quit. I know one thing that I stopped doing is my journaling. I have no problem with tracking my food and exercise into Sparkpeople, but I don't like to journal. My goal this week is to focus on journaling as well as making healthier food choices. Onward I go!!!
