I bought some Poblano Peppers this summer and came up with this recipe. It was so very good I wanted to share 1 lb lean ground round, browned 1 can black beans, rinsed 1 cup cooked rice Canned tomatoes or Salsa to your taste Mix this together and stuff into Ploblano pepper halves. Make a foil wrap for them and grill for about 10 min. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve! Yummy! These are even good as cold leftovers!
