I would think any crumbly cheese would work. I'm not a big feta fan either but I love crumbled goat cheese. It's much milder and very creamy.

I'd like to make the creamy watermelon salad that was on the home page today but I'm not a fan of feta cheese can anyone suggest a substitute?
