I know it helps to have a goal to save for, but I can't make up my mind. I thought maybe a HR monitor to be more accurate on calories burned amounts. But I am doing fine the way I've been going along without it so maybe not. It may just lead me into obsession with numbers. Maybe some new clothes or just save it to use when we travel which seems to be happening more frequently. What would you save for?

Excellent! I like your motivator. What are you going to spend your money on?

I've avoided binges for 13 days in a row, staying within calorie range each day by rewarding myself with a dollar for each day of success in staying within range. Money is a very good motivator for me! Yay!
