Sugar is hidden in so many foods..but I am assuming you are referring to the processed white stuff that is add to baked goods,,all kinds of desserts, etc.
I have been off that type of sugar for almost 2 weeks..I feel better and alert. Last night I slipped up and had 3 handfuls of M&M's ....Did I ever had a tough time keeping myself from finishing off the huge bag..Thank goodness I was able to keep from going back..but the pull was so strong..till I finally went to bed.
This morning its not present..the pull that is. My understanding is the food manufacturers put MSG into alot of there products to trigger the brain ..to desire more and more..After last nights experience..I would agree that something is definitely contained in those processed/manufactured foods.
I replace processed sugar with stevia..I purchase it from www.AzureStandard.com
Too one side effect from cutting out the processed sugars and glutens..my joints feel much better..not the aching and severe stiffness as pronounced as I had previously experienced.

Oh my... are you sure you want to avoid sugar? That means no more fruits or vegetables, ever.
Sugar is not a bad thing... it is necessary.

What can a body eat that does not contain sugar?
