I have to get my butt in gear. I start a program but then make the excuse that it's just too dang hot out to exercise so then I just laze around in the air conditioning. I have tried and tried the diet thing but food is my weakness. No matter how hard I try to stay I track I just can't seem to. So the only way to go about losing the inches is to move more. I am starting this summer challenge for myself and would love for anyone and everyone to join so that we can help each other stay on track and offer motivation. I would so love to get into a bathing suit this summer. Yeah I realize that a bikini is way too far fetched but want to feel at least a little comfortable in a one piece! I am going to keep track in this thread of type of workout and minutes completed. So if you're up to a little summer challenge I would love to hear from you!!
