It's a new dawn....
It's a new day....
It's a new life for me...
And I'm feeling good...

I will be overweight for a little bit longer ...but starting TODAY, I will be a little less overweight than I was yesterday!

I am so happy and feel so proud for making it through this weekend. The weekends are such a struggle for me. I lost 2 pounds this weekend. I logged my food & worked out Saturday. I am happy that I did not ruin all my hard work last week. emoticon
