T-Fal are pretty good pans. I'm partial to Scanpan Classic. Scanpans are expensive but are tough, non-stick, and thick enough to cook evenly. They claim they last forever which they don't but the company does replace any pieces that wear out.

Read the reviews at Bed Bath and Beyond. They are all very good
