AZMOM - at least you tried the best you could at your potluck. It would've been easy to go completely overboard and then rationalize it.

Oh, I ended up faced with the worst choices at that potluck party last night! I did the best that I could . . . wish I'd somehow known ahead of time what was going to be there . . . I would have eaten my entire meal beforehand . . .

Successes for the week -
Down 0.2 pound at my weigh in this week from last week. It's small, but it's progress!
Finished out February weighing less than I did at the beginning of the month.
Kept up with my exercise & running this week.

motivation- to be at 205 lbs by end of March

I too would like to join this challenge for the month of march
on exercising and drinking 8 glasses of water every day, walk 5 miles for 3 day out of the week along with doing some abbs work out for my tummy area. emoticon

Who will join me in THE MARCH 2012 BUDDY MOTIVATION CHALLENGE?

The plan is simple. Each day we post:
1. Number of cals:
2. Number of minutes of exercise:
3. Number of glasses of water:
4. Motivation: (the same one everyday)
5. Delight: (What made you smile or brought you joy today?)

On Day 1, state what your motivation is to lose weight. Repeat this same motivation for the next 31 days. Your motivation has to be something that will inspire you to lose weight.

This is an example:
cals: 1400
water: 8
exercise: 30 min
motivation: St. Paddy's Day celebration
delight: buying a new dress for the event

FRIDAY is SUCCESS DAY. Post any successes you've have during the week.
