I *need* to join this challenge again...it provides a nice daily dose of motivation! I was here for a few months last year and early this year, but stopped posting because my new healthy lifestyle had firmly taken hold (or so I thought!). After being at/under goal weight all spring AND running a half marathon in April, I injured my knee and couldn't run for a few months. Add to that reverting back to ALL my bad eating habits, and I'm now about 8 pounds heavier! But I'm ready to get back on track!

Hey Aimer so good to do nov challenge with another mother. I too am doing beach body workouts (I've done p90x and now onto insanity). How are you finding chalean? I wanted to try that one. I've just started weening my 11 month old off the breast.

I would love to join! I have a challenge for myself that I started in august to lose 25 pounds by Dec 1st - but I have been yoyo-ing the whole time and only lost 6 so far. I wanted to give up because I won't make my original goal. This will be an awesome challenge to help me stay on track until the finish line!

I love the idea behind this! It's simple enough and can help me stay motivated everyday. Plus, I'm doing a monthly challenge right now where we post our progress only on a weekly basis. I like this because it'll keep me focused everyday.

The plan is simple. Each day we post:

On Day 1, state what your motivation is to lose weight. Repeat this same motivation for the next 30 days. Your motivation has to be something that will inspire you to lose weight.
