I HAVE BEEN TRYING THINK OF WAYS TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT BUT I ONLY RUN INTO TROUBLE BECAUSE MY FAMILY EATS JUNK FOOD ALL THE TIME. I HAVE BEEN LEAVING THE JUNK FOOD ALONE AND TRY TO EAT HEALTHY. I WANT TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT SO BAD I CAN TASTE IT. I AM GOING TO BE GOING TO A DIETITIAN THAT THE REHAB CLINIC IS SENDING ME TO SO I CAN START EATING RIGHT AND GET BACK ON TRACK. I WEIGH 239.9LBS NOW AND THAT MEANS THAT I AM OBESE AND THAT IT IS HARD FOR ME TO GET INTO MY FAVORITE JEANS.
I WILL BE STARTING MY NEW DIET ON MONDAY THAT WAY I WILL HAVE A FULL WEEK IN INSTEAD OF 3 DAYS. I AM GOING TO START GOING FOR WALKS STARTING MONDAY IF THE WEATHER IS NICE AND I KNOW THAT I CAN WALK 2 MILES. IF I KEEP IT UP THEN I KNOW THAT I WILL START TO SEE MY WEIGHT COME OFF.
I WISH T HAT MY FAMILY WOULD GET OFF THEIR LAZY BUTTS AND WALK WITH ME BUT THAT IS A LAUGH IN A HALF BECAUSE THEY CANT PULL THEMSELVES AWAY FROM THE TELEVISION LONG ENOUGH TO GO WITH ME.
I WILL HAVE TO DO THIS ON MY OWN IF I WANT ANY SATISFACTION OUT OF IT SO WISH ME LUCK EVERYONE AND AT THE END OF EACH DAY I WILL POST HOW MY STEPS I TAKE SO YOU CAN SEE THAT I AM TRUE TO MY WORD..
