I have read that juice should be limited, but sometimes I have a flare up with my tmj that leaves me in much pain and the inability to chew hard or chewy foods. Fresh food is usually in the no no catagory so I am considering juicing. I use to but really would like some input from others on this matter. Surgery is not a desireable option
