emoticon As some of you all know me I get up about 1-2 am in morning and exercise & do my walk about between 3-4 am . But Thursday have to hold off the walk until lateron. I have a grand-daughter, Samantha and she will be spending the night with Grandma. The walk will have to wait till later. Samantha is a special needs teen with many medical issues. She a line or two with Down's syndrome. She is 18 yrs. old, real smart and she will be graduating from high school on June 4th. I am so proud of her. In her lifetime she has been hospitalized over 270 times with immune system with once cancer, scolosis, eyesight. She is one tough kid. But I will email before exercising. Be glad you have healthy children but " special needs children" are a blessing. HUG, LOVE &. CARE your children for they are your life. emoticon .So, I end my messages with LET'S DO IT !!! See you all in the morning.
