GIVE MY SELF MY 5 PEP TALK, TAKE VITAMINS, TAKE MY MEDS, GO FOR MY 2 WALKS DO AT LEAST 1 HR. EXCISIND IN INTERVALS NOT ALL AT ONCE, WALK MY 5000 STEPS AND DO ALL MY TRACKING THAT IS MY GOAL . emoticon
