Hi! I'm starting my second week with SparkPeople and am feeling motivated to try the stairs! Instead of taking the elevator to my desk at work each day I'm going to challenge myself to take the stairs.

I'd love some company with me on the stairs. Let's see how many flights of stairs we can climb!
