Honestly? I have been off track for two weeks--too many distractions that I LET get me...I'm back on track today. I followed the plan and my son and I walked for 45 minutes--that's the first exercise I've done since starting the program 6 weeks ago. Hopefully, he will keep pushing me in that area! Thanks for asking--I needed to be accountable for falling off the wagon!
