Thank you for all of your support! I just got back from our cruise and, unfortunately, I gave in to the constant temptation! I somehow managed to gain 5 pounds during the cruise, but I think most of it can be attributed to not getting enough water and not exercising. I am proud to report I'm back on track. I ate well yesterday and today is going well so far, too. I got in nearly 2 hours of exercise yesterday. Woohoo! I hope everyone is doing great!

You are really on your way. Good on you. It is so good to have the support of your loved ones.
I have now lost 13 pounds since joining SP. I have learned to love a variety of healthy foods, especially fruits and vegetables I had never tried before. The SP Cookbook has been a treasure trove of excellent recipes that make me feel like I'm not depriving myself. I can actually see myself continuing this lifestyle for the long-haul. Plus, I'm having a positive influence on my husband, who has embraced a love of healthier food and exercise as well. We are going on a cruise in less than 2 weeks and are looking forward to all of the active shore excursions we're signing up for.
