GOOD MORNING EVERYONE

I DID GET TO CURVES YESTERDAY
FUNNY THING BROUGHT MY TRAVEL SLIP AND WAS LOOKING FOR IT AND THEN FOUND WHERE IT WAS LOCATED BUT NEW NAME 30 MINUTE FITNESS BUT THATS OKAY BECAUSE SHE ACCEPTED MY TRAVEL SLIP AND WAS ABLE TO EXERCISE.

TODAY GOING TO CURVES AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON AND HAVE TO GO TO WALMART TO BUY SON NEW SHOES AND ALSO HAVE TO PICK UP MEDICINE FOR MOTHER

HOME SCALE IS DOWN TODAY A LITTLE OVER ONE POUND TO GET TO 199 MY FIRST GOAL. LOST 5 LBS SO FAR THIS MONTH BUT FOR YEAR TOTAL IS 14.4 LLBS.

I hoping to reach mychristmas goal maybe 190. I am aiming for 199 by end of Octorber but had a bad week so maybe if I buckle down and exercise I will not gain. so far I am ahead need to lose 3 lbs . then 5 lbs for november, my thankgiveing goal of 185. and 5 in december will get me to 190. I will do it. I need to make me time and avoid eating in between meals and maybe me be the cook instead of mom. it hard as we try to feed dad but his appitite is going so hard to cook for few and portion wise I am used to cooking for a family of 6 and of course bigger portions. anyways I will learn and I will succeed.

Since joining SparkPeople, with the ultimte goal of losing 15 lbs by Thansgiving, I've lost 5# (during my first week). I know I probably won't lose this much in 1 week, but thrilled as it's helping keep me motivated. 10 more to lose by Thanksgiving! Anyone else out there with holiday goals?
