Hi! What's the best way to grind whole flax seeds? I purchased some whole flax seeds and ground flax seed meal to make the rolls from the SP cookbook. I started adding the ground flax seed meal to my Greek yogurt in the morning, but now I'm down to the whole seeds. I read somewhere (maybe the SP cookbook?) that the body can't digest the whole flax seeds, so I want to grind them into meal. Any suggestions?
